PROFESSIONAL HIGHLIGHTS:

As part of my role as aseptic expert I led the project to reduce EM deviations that result in batch rejection from 9% (of all batches manufactured in 2017) to 0 batches rejected in 2019-2021 - performing a breakdown of all sterile processes, EM sampling procedures, Micro Lab procedures. Determining root causes and building a resolution plan, implementing the plan, intensive staff training, etc.

FDA audits (and other audits such as EU, Israel health ministry, client audits) – SME for all cleanroom and EM related topics.

VHP Decontamination service - At Hylabs, set up and created a decontamination service using Steris technology for pharma companies.

Training of hundreds of pharmacists and technicians in sterile compounding - considerably increasing the level of compounding facilities in Israel.
